when hired does the employee have rights if they decide you arenot a good fit for their company I just worked 2 days I just was not treated fair I did not get a chance to even know about the restaurant just because my personality did not match their group

Generally speaking, no. Unless you sign a contract of employment stating that you can only be terminated for cause, most employment is at will and can be terminated at any time, with or without cause.
