Discrimination suits may be brought by an EMPLOYEE against an EMPLOYER. If you are a sub contractor and not an employee, you would need to seek to sue under some other ground, such as breach of contract, if the contractor is not abiding by the terms of the contract with you as a sub contractor. If there is no employee-employer relationship, the discrimination acts do not apply to those contractor relationships.
