I was denied a pension from Hilton Hotels. I was vested 12 years and Hilton says i was only working there for 9 years and it took 10 years to receive pension.The Hilton purchased the International and Flamingo hotels in 1970.

Where vested the employer has to honor your vested benefits.If company purchased, the purchaser assumes the responsibility.If not being paid you have a few options to force them to pay it.You may threaten legal action and complaint to the labor board under state law and the fair labor standards act.
