Customer Question

I've been at my job a little over a year now and I have not seen a raise, I asked my boss about it and all she said was that I will get my raise with my yearly review. I hit a year in January and still no review or raise. What can I do?

Before I answer a bit more detail would be helpful please.
Do you have a written employment contract covering a specific time period?
Do you have any reason to suspect that you are being treated differently due to race, religion, ethnicity, etc.?
Thank you.
