Customer Question

I work for big well-known financial company for 12 years. After 12 years of employment I received a PIP (performance improvement plan that is impossibly to achieve) from a new manager . It looks like they are going to eliminate my employment without paying me any fees. Please advise if I am eligible for money compensation when employment is eliminated based on recent bad evaluation (for example, "do not meet expectations" )
