I gave my 90 days notice on May 5th 2015. What is the last working day working within that contractual time frame? I have it calculated as my last day being August 2nd.

Hello, you would count 90 days including May 5th. That comes out to August 2nd. Keep in mind that such notice is longer than norm, and if you need to leave earlier, often company and employee can agree to that without any negative consequence.
