I resign from my job in Dec 2014,I wanted to work per diem status,they denied me.I notice in April 2015,they posted per diem position which I have applied again,they denied me again can I take legal action?

are you asking if they must hire you after you resigned?

Yes,l want them to rehire me per diem status,and the administrator said no .

Legally though the employer has discretion. They dont have to rehire. If you resign, it is especially not likely. I am not sure why you think by law they must do so?

If there is discrimination then you would have basis, due to race, gender, age or nationality.
