As a lease operator under contract to take loads only for those

This answer was rated:

As a lease operator under contract to take loads only for those that company's dispatcher assigns. Can not seek outside loads on his own. Fails to provide enough Trips to Pay the Lease every week and little left over. Can he expect the Company to absorb the payments if no jobs are provided.

Thanks for submitting an additional question to me.

The lease operator has a right to ask the Company to pay the extra costs involved in order to continue the contract. However, the operator cannot force the Company to do so.

This situation might trigger the right of the operator to terminate the contract with the Company, as it has become commercially impossible to continue the operation and the operator needs to be able to get more work to sustain operations.
