My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be assisting you with your legal question.

I need you to answer a few questions for me.

1. Do you have a written contract with your employer? If so, does it guarantee that you a notice period before termination? Does it guarantee that you will be paid your accrued PTO at termination?

2. If you do not have a written employment contract, does the employer have written policies regarding the two week notice period or payment of accrued PTO after termination? If so, can you please state what that written policy says?

I look forward to hearing back from you.
