If employees have traveled out of town to do work, and one of the employees disrespected the supervisor, and the supervisor would like them to leave the job, can you send the employee on a grey hound bus to get back home? Or is that "abandoning an employee?"
Thanks

Daniel :

Hello,

Daniel :

The employee may be sent home

Daniel :

but if it is a company event, the company needs to cover the cost round trip

Daniel :

if they arrived by other means, suitable alternate means should be provided

Daniel :

typically a bus ride back would be sufficient

Daniel :

Is that clear and are you satisfied?

Customer:

Yes thank you

Daniel :

very welcome
