A Cease and Desist letter can be sent for any reason, in an employment situation, you would send such a letter to the HR or employer advising them to stop their actions, or they will face legal action,
If the issue is discrimination, you can send a cease and desist advising them
that you will sue them if they do not stop
Or that you will file a Civil Rights complaint if they fail to Cease
My manager is my supervisor "Accounting Manager" and act as "HR Manager"; if this is the case should I send this letter to the COO & CEO of the company as well.
