Tuesday:8 hours

Thursday: OFF

Are there any hours worked besides the schedule that you posted, or is it simply a non-traditional schedule? Also from what date to what date does the employer calculate a work week?

No the employee will not work any additional hours other than the hours listed.

The work week will begin on a Sunday.

Thank you for your follow-up. There is no requirement that the 'work week' be a "Monday to Friday" to be deemed valid. Provided there are no more than 40 hours in a whole week that the employee ended up working, there is no need for overtime to be utilized. Since the schedule here still has only 40 hours, there is no reason for overtime to be utilized or calculated into the wages.
