If terminated while on approved medical leave for Short Term Disability from a firm of 20 employees or less do I still qualify for unemployment insurance?
Optional Information: State/Country relating to question: Maryland Already Tried: Filed for unemployment the day I was to return to work from my short term disability? No reason was given for Termination simply it was decided I was not needed to return to work.
