Resolved Question:

i just recently left Fluor government group (an overseas federal contractor in Afghanistan). i have been told by several people that under a new 2010 law i am eligible for unemployment benefits. if this is true, whom do i file with? as my states (Maryland) unemployment website does not have a file link for out of state/ out of country federal contract workers.
