Hello and thank you for using the JA website. Please remember that this site is intended to provide general legal information only.

You'd have to ask your pension administrator.

my pension would be coming from sheetmetal workers local #80 in detroit, mi. I currently work and reside in chesapeake, va. well outside of their jurisdiction. can i still draw a pension from them at age 55 and still work in chesapeake, va?

Again, you need to ask your pension administrator. No one here has access to your pension agreements.
