All you can do is defend against the allegations. You will need to gather evidence (your testimony, witnesses or any documents) which will disprove a claim of sexual harassment. Typically if there was consent, there would be no case for sexual harassment. In addition, if you can disprove the allegations you may have a separate case against defamation against the co-worker.
