Not sure. The site doesn't seem to be accepting it anymore.

Not sure. The site doesn't seem to be accepting it anymore. I just signed on about an hour ago and now i can't get back in to my site.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Outlook
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through a web browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I just keep trying to get in and it keeps saying that either my email isn't correct or my password. The system will then say if this is my correct email address, I will get an email on how to reset, but I don't receive the email so I assume their is a problem with my email address. I am not that computer savvy so i don't know what kind of troubleshooting to do.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

I can't afford to pay more for this site. I am having a lot of trouble with it. I guess I will have to wait and call customer service again next Friday. I work when they work, so I can't talk to them again until Friday because get off at 12:30 then. I am just tired of paying for a site that I can't ever get to. There is always a problem.
