JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: gmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: don't usually do e-mail on tablet, don't have internet at home
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: nothing, can't do anything on tablet and don't know much about the internet , mostly just get books to read and take pictures
