You said that your email is "*****@******.***". But it is incorrect, that email does not exist! No wonder why you are NOT getting anything from Facebook.

Expert:  Jess M. replied 10 days ago.

Are you saying you got my test email? If yes, please send a reply.

Expert:  Jess M. replied 10 days ago.

That is wrong assumptions sorry. Like what I already mentioned, to be clear, the email addresses on your Facebook account are shown below:

[email protected]****.com

c************************@******.***

Now, 2 things:

  1. Do you still remember or recognize these 2 mail addresses?
  2. DO you still USE or access any of these 2 email addresses?

Please confirm.

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
looks like caldwellsafetymarkers other looks like rick fusaro they are not in use any longer
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
a lady friend sent me a picture from my face book one of me in a white sweat shirt an hat on few days ago
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
IS THIS A HOPELESS CASE TO FIND IT/
Expert:  Jess M. replied 10 days ago.

Thank you for writing back with that confirmation.

Since the 2 email addresses associated with your Facebook account are NO LONGER ACCESSIBLE, this means that Facebook cannot allow you access to your account unless you remember the current password ***** the account. The main reason for this is because you failed to verify your ownership of the account since you are unable to get the code that Facebook sent to the 2 email addresses.

So to summarize, your only way to regain access to your Facebook account is when you are able to remember the CORRECT password ***** the account since the RESET process that I have tried for you for several times will simply NOT work since the email addresses registered with your account are NOT accessible. So next time, when you create a NEW Facebook account, please make sure that you keep the email addresses UPDATED in order to recover the account in times you forget the password.

I know this is not the kind of answer that you want to hear and I hate to be the bearer of this bad news. But without passing the verification process (which in your case is impossible since you cannot access the 2 email addresses), there is no way to regain access to your Facebook account.

At this point you placed a deposit and I only get credit for my time and for helping you if you rate positively (3-5 stars/faces). It is up to you if you want to credit me or not. Please do not rate me negatively (1-2 stars/faces) for not getting your desired results. Your deposit is refundable if you do not wish to pay and here is the link about refunding:
