Ok, I think you mean windows 7

If to, then close outlook, click start, control panel.

Then type in Mail in the top right and click on it

Click show profiles, then click add and add the new profile, entering in your email information.

Once done, make sure in the drop down box on the show profiles screen to set this new profile as default.

Then open outlook and it should then work.
