hi - receiving message that no outgoing server - when I check preferences - none showing - what should outgoing server be? Was there previously

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: browser - safari
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: only to check account preferences - which shows no outgoing server
