Hello pearl: I got some real issues here trying to sign up
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Hotmail/Outlook
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web Browser on my PC
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Customer: About 3 or 4 weeks ago I signed up to uber on my PC. In the mean time I had to haave my iPhone wiped and great a new Apple ID. Today I downloaded the UBER app and tried to LOG in, but my my password ***** ***** right. I'm not even sure that my ID is right. and things are really screwed up for me right now Can you pleas just wipe me clean so I can start over again?
