Customer Question

My name is***** and yahoo/ATT user is (*****@******.***). Had this for years and everything worked fine. Suddenly, yahoo seems to think that my name is*****'Brien. Cannot figure this out. Help!
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Yahoo
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I am not a geek. I just go to Safari on my desktop screen and when Safari comes on I put the cursor on Yahoo and there it is.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Yahoo is confusing and unhelpful. Somebody, somewhere, must know how to get rid of the goofy way they are showing my name and restore it to what it should be all along: Robert W. O'Brien
