JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Just within the last 5 hrs.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser. I have tried formal login with password. Account remains blank.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Security check with recovery account. Login good. All blank.
