I purchased SolSuite 2017 on Dec 13, 2017 and now to get the up grade there is another upgrade fee. What up?

JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried the download and it required another up grade fee as I mentioned
