JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Several days It occurred following getting tech support from Guru to help download bitedefender on computer my son had given me.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through web browser and tablet.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None, I am 68 and not a techie
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
