I got a new iPad Pro and had trouble setting up my email. It finally got done but my iPhone doesn't get email anymore
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Century link. My email address has a q.com for quest
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Phone and tablet. The century link had me change som settings on my new iPad soi could get my email
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't know where to start with my iphone
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

And what is the part of your email address after the @ ?

On my phone it tells me t Cannot Get Mail. The user name or password ***** "Home" is incorrect

On the iPhone, go to Settings, Mail then press on the account and press Delete Account

Once done, go back to Settings, Mail, then add the email account again as you will be adding the account with the correct password.

Once done it will then work again
