New Yahoo email, unable to find where to enter separate password ***** either smtp.mail.yahoo.pom or pop.mail.yahoo.com
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Yahoo account?
Customer: Since opening it 2 days ago. Is new account, never had yahoo before. Must close cinci.rr.com account, this to replace
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web browser. No iPhone or tablet
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: insufficient obviously. Technically inept!
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: ought retract help request, don't deserve answer as can't troubleshoot on own. Yahoo Help if it exists, doesn't. Unable to contact

What email client are u using?

Main email client is Thunderbird. Able now to receive own yahoo email but not able to send. Also unable to contact Yahoo Help.

In Mozilla Thunderbird, from the Tools menu select Account Settings and go to outgoing settings
