I ***** *****sen --***@******.***, have been having trouble satisfying some of Google requirements to reestablish a former valid username and password, finally Google texted through a Verification .Code.No. G-518427.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: 8-12-2016 either under the username:***@******.***,
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I want to know, what to do with the Verifiction Code, That Google has sent me. I notice that imay also have used the Username,chansen681@ gmail.com around the same date.
