I have been trying to sign into my gmail account. I have gone through the "recovery process" and it still won't let me sign in. How do I get into my mail?
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: It was working yesterday, I closed out and tried to sign in today and it won't let me....so just today
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I use a lap top computer and Internet Explorer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have been through the recover process, rebooted, closed the gmail site
