I cant find my inbox
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: outlook
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: logging in, reregistering and it keeps bringing up my wife's login. Her's is***@******.***, mine is***@******.***

Customer: My wife's address has been with outlook for some time mine has just changed from bigpond.
