I am trying to send an article from the NY Times to a number

Customer Question

I am trying to send an article from the NY Times to a number of people. In the past, when I typed in the first few letters of the recipients names their names and e mail addresses came up immediately. This is no longer happening and of course I don't know people's e mail addresses by heart. Please help me restore this feature. Dove Ballon ***@******.***
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: G Mail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser and phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: The Times says it is a google problem, not a Times problem, so you are my first attempt to resolve this.
JA: Thank you.
Customer: Can you help?
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, that's it right now.

I am not sending to a group as such, just a bunch of individuals
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
all contacts are in my address book.
Expert:  Cory replied 5 months ago.

You don't see groups on the left?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I do have some groups, but I want to send this particular article to people who are not in a "group" they are individuals.
Expert:  Cory replied 5 months ago.

Can I connect remotely and look at this without an additional fee?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
OK, but I am NOT paying $40 for this.
Expert:  Cory replied 5 months ago.

Well, you do not have to pay an additional fee for the remote, but you do have to pay the amount you gave as a deposit when you asked the question.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I am out of time. This is not that important and too confusing. I am ending the conversation.
