OUtlook won't send or receive any more. I thought I did whatever was needed to keep it working but whatever I did apparently didn't work
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Last received message was Dec 30
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On tablet. Email still works on iPhone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I found some message telling me what to do to be able to continue to make Outlook work after "they" said some change was coming. I can't find the message and I don't remember whjat I did. Just starting to look online for help
