Customer Question

Hi I currently use Evernote on my old laptop and can access it on one other device, and now have a new one and would like to have my new laptop as the original device with the same format. How do I do this?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: my old laptop is a lenovo think pad, my new one is a lenovo MIIX 700
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: from my desk top. I double click the little elephant :)
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none yet. just you
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

HI Lorenz. Evernote lets me have a free account on 2 devices; the main one, which is my laptop, and one other, which is my computer at work. I have a new laptop and would like this to be the new main device . How do I transfer it to my new device?
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
no thanks

Do you still have access to the old laptop? (right now)

What we could do in that case, is that I remotely connect to both your computers and transfer it over for you to your new laptop (including all settings, etc.). Would that be a good idea?

no thanks. I'll figure it out!
