JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Dell Windows 10
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser but it has been month's since we were online with eatel becasuse of the old computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried to sign in with what I remember were the username and password ***** it seems one of them is wrong
