JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: gmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser. when I tried to change p/ws, did not remember. I went through the 2 step verification. when you guys sent a new number to the suggested email account (my wifes), it is now locked up for the sane reason. neither one of us can now access our gmail account without changing password. I went to try and have it texted to me and I must be doing something wrong.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i have followed all your help lines with no success. can you order your system to send the ne verification number to my cell?
