Ok - If you don't have access to your recovery info there is nothing I or you can until you are back. Sorry but this is an essential secutiy feature and we do not have access to your account

there is nothing that you can do if the only recovery option is your cell phone
if you have it with you, you might be able to get your carrier to open it up internationally
if it is home and somebody has access to the phone you can speak to them about getting you the code.
otherwise there is not much you can do. If you had an alternate email on it that would work as a recover method. But it had to be there BEFORE you lost access to the account.
