Dear Client,

I am sorry to hear about that problem. My name is***** am a computer expert with 17 years of experience and will help you as good as I can.

Can you please first let me know how you met that person with that email address? Was it at a online-dating website, then you´ve got into contact with the person via email and she/he is now asking you for money because they´ve run into troubles?

Please reply in the box below (there are no additional costs associated with this, you can reply as often as you wish).

Thanks for your patience and best regards,

Lorenz Vauck

no thanks

Not yet I suppose... I had a similar case before with another customer and the person asked him for several thousand dollars. If you wish, I can remotely connect to your computer and check the traces we have there from the person (if any). That would make the most sense to find out what is going on and if the person is real or a fake...

no thanks I am on a fixed income and cant afford it but thankyou

Thank you too. Should I opt out and forward you to another expert then? Because without remotely connecting in, I can´t do any analysis on the emails.
