Hi Pearl, how are you today...I can't get into my gmail account
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: A couple of months now...since my daughter and I made another one for her FAFSA I.D.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser...we live in a rural area there is no cell service here :)
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Making another account...answering all the prompts...etc.
