Constantly get error message which reads either not

Customer Question

constantly get error message which reads either not responding or not responding. I then have to refresh. Checked with my internet provider Verizon, who did local test and advised I needed to speak with either Att or Yahoo
JA: Just to clarify, how often have you been getting this particular message?
Customer: Every time I access my Emails and perhaps 6 times during during each session
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Not sure I know the difference. It's via internet connection. Service provider is Verizon who provides Home telephone, TV. and internet service pkg.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just Verizon, thinking was having trouble with service provider transmission. However, after contacting them, I think I need to communicate with Yahoo or ATT
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not smart enough to know anything else to ask (Ha! )
