one of my email accounts will not work. It was fine until this new computer with windows 10. it says "settings out of date" However, it also shows a password (blinded with astericks) that is way too long.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: This email account is my employer. email is***@******.***
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: most often on my iPhone or Ipad via outlook or default email ap. I have been using thunderbird on my old computer.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: re setting password ***** deleting account/starting over. verifying server name, etc
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
