I cannot access my gmail account
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: since late yesterday afternoon
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On laptop via Chrome
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: All the processes that google outlines, no success. I have another gmail account that I do not use and that is the only one google will allow me to use. I need to recover the account I use, with my contacts, calendar etc.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: My account "disappeared" after I cleared my History.
