I want to speak to someone about pop 3 information for a new gmail account.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: About 2 weeks since set up. I have a Braille Note APEX machine.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On the Braille Note APEX device.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: We've looked at youtube videos on line, looked at the guide on Braille Note, google the error which is ' Error: Connecting to Pop server.'
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

In order to use POP settings, you will need to activate it within your Gmail account first.

Click here: https://mail.google.com/

In the top right, click Settings (gear icon)

Click Settings.

Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.

In the "POP Download" section, select Enable POP for all mail or Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on.

At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.

Now try connecting to your Gmail account on your device and let me know the results

Braille Note APEX is running. Elise can get on the internet through the Keyweb browser specially designed browser for the vision impaired. Error: connecting to pop server.

How does she organise her old email list from the old server to gmail? Are you able to correspond with elise directly as I will be away for a week?***@******.***
