sorry for the delay. answering a call. I am a windows live user for many many years and know quite a bit about it and it is my main software for day to day emails and cannot live without it.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: I was using it this weekend and I had to reboot my PC due to a software requirement and after I got Live going, I can receive my messages but when I click to reply, reply all, forward, it gave an error saying "an error occured. Try again." I tried and I am without the major option of replying to my emails which is a very very big problem. My name is*****;(###) ###-#### Address:***** Bradenton, FL 34212
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I use comact.net software and it is on my laptop which is my main PC with windows 10
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: that is: comcast.net internet provider with a router
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no and I have not tried anything for trouble shooting. I do not know how to do so
