I am sorry for the delay. I checked the Air China page and was able to navigate through all the menus just fine, so the problem doesn't appear on their end. In case you received an error or couldn't complete the check-in, I suggest doing the following:
1. Restart your computer
2. While the computer is restarting, restart your modem and/or router as well. You can just unplug them for an electrical outlet and leave them unplugged for about 1 minute, and then replug them back. The Internet connection will be restored shortly
3. After your computer has restarted, go back to the Air China page and see if you can now complete the check-in. If still not, please try with another computer or web browser
