I keep getting an error message re live calendar. Is there an upgrade vailableÉ
JA: Just to clarify, how often have you been getting this particular message?
Customer: Every day that I turn on my E-Mail....for about the last 5 days
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Only thru web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None; I just followed the instructions on the error message, which were to look for an upgrade or contact service
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes; I also started to receive messages asking whether or not I would accept program changes to both Live Mail and Internet and could not by-pass them until I disabled my account controls
