Trying to send email, keep getting following message. HELP! The Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.cox.net does not seem to support encrypted passwords. If you just set up the account, try changing the 'Authentication method' in 'Account settings | Outgoing server (SMTP)' to 'Normal password'.

Customer: You mean other than you?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Customer: just talked with cox,went through all they had. said to contact you
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: worked fine until about 8 days ago
