I am not able to log on to my Ipad. when I turn it on i get the message Ipad disabled, connect to Itunes. Can you help me with this or is there another technical support I need to access?
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: no
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It wont even let me into the Ipad; so I haven't tried anything other than trying to restart it;but I continue to get the same message

Do you have access to a computer (pc or mac)?
