hey ive forgotten my passwords and ive put in a form to see if I could regain access but I am unable to still
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: ummmm probably about 8-12 months ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I have a gmail account atm that I use most often. I havnt been able to gain access to my Hotmail for a long while
