I can't get into my gmail account. My account is***@******.***. The most recent password ***** I've used is GeoPris58.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Just the last few days.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: My wife has been getting our emails on her phone, but my computer won't let me in.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've gone through the various steps provided on the computer, but it still does not recognize my password. I had a verification code sent to another phone, but the only response I get is that they can't match.

I can't IMAGINE how you have exhausted ALL the recovery mechanisms provided by Google, but, if you have, you are strictly out of luck.

Google provides FREE accounts, and--as such--they do not go out of their way to offer umpteen compensatory mechanisms.

Your code doesn't match? Please enter it CAREFULLY: sometimes the header might say MESSAGE FROM 24067271 then the TEXT of the message says TEMPORARY CODE 19420831. Make sure you are entering the PROPER code. The code is in the text of the message, not in its header. That can certainly cause confusion!
